I found the owner as well as the paint crew to be very professional and at the same time very customer friendly. My home is 20 years old and the interior had not been painted in all that time. The crew did an outstanding job and I am very pleased with their effort as well as their expertise. I recommend them!

Great at helping with color choices, too. Very good value, excellent customer service and an overall great choice for exterior painting. After this experience, I'll be using them for any interior painting needs also.

The painters did not mask any surfaces and left paint spatters amthat they had to come back and clean up. Paying 700plus was a lot for a small bathroom

When I hired CertaPro it was on the spot. Their sales pitch is great. I took it hook, line and sinker. They are a lot more expensive but I thought I would get a professional job. Boy was I wrong. Apparently the salesman and the workers do not go by the same work ethics. They were supposed to explain everything they would do before they even started and then after completed go over it with me for my satisfactory thumbs up. NONE OF THAT HAPPENED!!! The finished in 2 days using a high quality Sherwin Williams paint, their work was neat, They replaced the rotten boards.

It has been three weeks and the work is still not completed. The staff is very friendly and says they will get everything done as quoted. Painters did a mostly good job. Minor things still have not been resolved.

UPDATE: The project has been completed. The project involved interior as well as garage repairs and painting. While we were painting the interior, a new leak further damaged the garage. As a result, we were not able to complete the garage repairs at the same time as the rest of the house.
