The work was completed quickly and issues were mostly addressed prior to the final walk through.
The first crew that was sent out to my home was not a good experience. They had no samples for paint stains for my fence, took a piece of faded wood from a back area of the shed to go purchase stain and proceeded to paint more than half of the fence in the wrong color without checking with me first after a small area was painted. They didn't cover any of the metal brackets on the fence itself, the metal posts or the borders of the bottom of the fence so the metal or my stone would not get painted by accident. CertaPro team did not waste time on the job and they finished in an expedient manner. They were not however properly prepared to clean and set things back in order after completing the paint job
Torres painting went above beyond my expectations. I am a roofing contractor that is also on homeadvisor. They will be my 1st call.
The entire team was great to work with. Smooth operation and they do really good work.
As with many contractors, scheduling the work can be a challenge. I got rain delayed from the original start date, but I did not get rescheduled for the next decent day. So, if you have exterior work and your start day gets delayed, be persistent about when the new start date will be.
They were very professional, and completed the job quickly and efficiently. Everything turned out great. We would definitely use them again and recommend them to friends and family.
