Very professional from start to finish. They even started a day early. Fast, clean, efficient and beautiful job. Elizabeth called several times to see if I had questions and if everything was okay. I would tell anyone to use this company with complete confidence. It was truly a pleasure working with them.

The first crew that was sent out to my home was not a good experience. They had no samples for paint stains for my fence, took a piece of faded wood from a back area of the shed to go purchase stain and proceeded to paint more than half of the fence in the wrong color without checking with me first after a small area was painted. They didn't cover any of the metal brackets on the fence itself, the metal posts or the borders of the bottom of the fence so the metal or my stone would not get painted by accident. CertaPro team did not waste time on the job and they finished in an expedient manner. They were not however properly prepared to clean and set things back in order after completing the paint job

As with many contractors, scheduling the work can be a challenge. I got rain delayed from the original start date, but I did not get rescheduled for the next decent day. So, if you have exterior work and your start day gets delayed, be persistent about when the new start date will be.

Blue skies with a forecast of rain is just as bad from a painting perspective as active rain showers. As the owner of our company, if the paint / stain job fails because we were too aggressive with the weather, the cost of doing the project over again comes out of my pocket.
