I wish I could identify our customer in order to address the issues. We work very hard to address any concerns that our customers might have and ensure their complete satisfaction. Unfortunately, we are unable to address concerns that are not brought to our attention.
Very responsive. Good communication. Even the workers told me when they would be working; going on breaks, going to lunch....always kept me informed...which I greatly appreciate. The lead person of the crew insisted that the job wasn't finished until I said it was finished - and that made all the difference to me. I had to make 5 different rounds with them - where there were uneven paint spots or places that were missed - but that is to be expected when painting. The entire out side of the one story home only took 2 days, even with repairs to the front boards. They were very mindful of my new flower beds and did not trample or kill any of the plants. The clean up was done and everything looks great.
