Didn't have the greatest experience. First Contractor came out and did not finish job missed wall of floorboards and did not patch and paint all areas before leaving. Had another painting contractor come out they did finish baseboard but did not patch and fix those areas 1st painter missed. Had two different painting contractors come out and job still not completed. Spent a lot of money to not have job completed. No clue how they received 5 stars.
All I asked for was an estimate. Barry rultenberg showed up at the last Thursday to assess all the rooms I needed painted. He told me he would have it sent to me in 24 hours. It's six days later and I still don't have an estimate. I guess they only treat certain people well.
CertaPro was great! The price was reasonable and the process was easy. I liked how they took precaution with my animals. Past contractors I had let my dogs out of my house, but CertaPro made sure not to. Sean was great during the estimate and the painters made my place look beautiful. Would highly recommend!
I had the worst experience with a contractor in my life when I dealt with Jack McMenamin of CertaPro Painters of Blue Bell. We had his guys paint our bedroom, master bath, sitting room, upstairs hallway, and 2-story foyer. Everything was fine except for the walls of the foyer which are all cracked (the way dirt looks after mud dries). CertaPro responded very quickly to an emergency situation. They arrived early, finished the job quickly and were priced right. Great experience, quality work!
Great experience with CertaPro! This past year they painted my complete exterior of my home and a few of my rooms inside. Sean and Paige were great to work with. They were able to work around my hectic schedule and answer any questions I had. The painters gave quality work and cleaned up after themselves. Will definitely use them again!
I will never hire or refer this business to another person ever. They painted interior of our home and we were not satisfied for the money we paid. Master Bathroom was horrible. Paint peeled NEXT day around entire perimeter of tile and ceiling looked worse AFTER they painted. Jack inspected and said it needed sanded and repainted. But after two phone calls and no response, quite honestly I didn't want them back in my home. My husband and I were appalled at the work ethic of the painting crew.
