They did a beautiful job painting/staining our two decks. Cleaned up afterwards. I am going to use them again to paint my living room and dining room

We hired Certapro of Blue Bell/Willow Grove to paint the exterior of our 2000sqft home and complete some carpentry work. The sales consultation went well and we were looking forward to a professional headache-free experience. Unfortunately, the project was a mess from start to finish. After Day 1, the project was filled with excuses, mistakes, and delays. "Truck battery is dead", "We can't find paint", "Our carpenter is MIA", "One of our painters won't get on a ladder." We just got a project done at our home with CertaPro. They came prompt to give us an estimate. We got a color consult included. They scheduled us few days after the estimate. They did a great job in short time. This guys a wonderful job! If I can give them more than 5 stars I will!

I cannot say enough about how professional, courteous and respectful of our home and furnishings the crew was. Not only did they do a beautiful job but did so in a timely manner. The staff answered every email within minutes and even sent a consultant out to help us choose paint colors. I would definitely use Certa Pro again and I will highly recommend them to everyone.

Terrible experience. Put flat paint in kitchen, next day got grease stain on it and couldn't get it out. Asked them why didn't they put a satin or some type of gloss so I could wipe off. They said flat was listed on contract that I agreed to. Told them they are the pros and should know that grease stains don't wipe off flat paint. They said they would repaint for $150 and also touch up an area that the painter missed. Painter came but only did the touch up and said he wasn't told he was to repaint.
