Absolutely great experience. Very professional, timely, communicative and friendly. Great follow through from the office staff to the contractors (Manuel's team rocked!). Highly recommend them.
I used them last month to paint the outside of my house. It was a disaster! CertaPro was not there to manage their subcontractor. In fact the subcontractor was hardly there to manage his own workers. They did not prep properly and painted over cobwebs, dirt and peeling paint. The paint was peeling off the next day where they didn't scrape or sand. They splashed one color on another color. They left debris all around the house. They said it would take 4 days and it took 16. They used cheap paint. I wouldn't recommend... read more

The 11:00 Saturday appointment to address my issues. 45 minutes late. No apology, no phone call, no email, just late. The crew spent 2-1/3 hours prepping the back of my townhouse on Saturday...lucky me. Returned on Monday to actually paint the siding & redo the trim. How did it look - good. EXCEPT for the areas where the ladder (guessing here) was placed up against the siding (newly painted) and left black marks - LOL! I chose to use CertaPro Painters initially b/c they were in Decatur, which is where we were moving--now that I've used them I'll never use another company! Jeremy answered my initial request for estimate within the hour of sending it and set-up a time to meet at my house--he gave an on-the-spot thorough estimate and was able to have painters come in the next day to start the job!
