The overall experience was disappointing. From the initial consultation, I had high hopes because of the 3 companies that did quotes for my project, they were the only ones that mentioned wood repair. The proposal for the interior was very thorough and detailed but the portion for the exterior was not. Sean Collins and his team did an awesome job for us. Although the rain was a hassle, but as soon as it cleared up our house was painted, and looking fabulous!!! DO NOT USE CERTAPRO painters. PLEASE Don't waste your money or time. My experience has been an absolute nightmare. It started off great with the sales person that came out to assess my home and give me a quote. I liked his ideas and thought the price was reasonable. However when the "professional team" I was promised came out it was a different story. They did a terrible job, after they were so called done. May 2022 if I could I would not selecti a star to the fact I had a very very unhappy experience with Certa Pro of Atlanta with my interior painting I had spent two days on my hands and knees on Mothers Day weekend cleaning spots of paint off my wood floors I. CertaPro painted my house in October 2020. Six months later, paint was peeling from the soffits and rust was bleeding through on some railing. They responded quickly, but the work on the railing was not satisfactory and I had to call them back within a few days. In late February 2022, I again noticed peeling paint on the soffits in a different area. I called on March 7th to arrange to have the problem addressed. CertaPro just finished their job at my townhouse today. It was so quick and easy which I really appreciated. Someone came to the house and really listened to what i had to say and took notes on everything i wanted. Between the price and customer service i knew i was ready to book! Once book they got my scheduled and on day one someone came to introduce me to the painters. Certapro stained my front and back deck earlier this year. They recommended I use a semi solid stain instead of the transparent stain that I had used in the past. The work itself was great- the team did a super job and things looked great - at first.... I noticed the deck got dirty very quickly - and pretty much always looked terrible. I write to share a recent experience I had with one of your salesmen, Miguel Gaytan. I am in the market to paint my brick ranch house and have done some research online. CertaPro comes up again and again as a highly rated company whose customers are very satisfied. Let me tell you that this has not been my experience and have cancelled the job. This is the second time I've used CertaPro. They are wonderful. There was a small chip in the wall after they left and a quick call had them scheduled to come repair it at no additional charge. The quality of the painting is fantastic and I'm sure I will use them again when I have another area that I can't quite reach or don't have the patience for.
