Uses subcontractors who seem to try to maximize their profit by rushing and reducing the amount of paint call for in the contract. Owner and production manager stand by whatever the contractor tells them, essentially calling the customer a liar. As a repeat customer, I was tremendously disappointed in the interior paint job. As repeat customers, we recently had our deck and outside wood stained by CertaPro, and unfortunately, the results were not what we expected. The quality of the work was below our standards, and we are quite disappointed with the outcome. They first talked us out of the proper stain, but even after we agreed to move forward, the quality of the job was pretty bad. I had certapro paint the exterior of my home and it was a terrible experience. Certapro does not have any painters on staff and subcontract to random small painters who aren't good enough to have their own customer base. For my project they subcontracted to Alex Ruiz Painting. Alex told me that Certapro charged me almost double what the work was actually worth. This company outsource actual paint work to smaller painters. I know its likely works for both parties. But no one CertaPro spent much time at my home. I wont do it again.

The only thing I would have done better that I was not here when they did the walk through with my 90 year old mother before she signed the contract. Make sure you have someone who can translate on the job site not through a google app. My biggest pet peeve is if you're going to do something do it, if you're not going don't say anything. The final check last year and it's June and no follow up by the new person. 2/10 stars. Some neighbor ask but we showed them pictures.

We recently had sheetrock repaired in our living room ceiling, sheetrock repaired in our laundry room ceiling, along with other minor sheetrock repairs. We had the kitchen, living room, hallway, and bedroom painted along with the ceiling in those rooms. The area we had repaired in the living room is stippled and the repair matches perfect. If you have a deck, do not use this company. They don't warranty decks when they paint them and even though it is in print, it is not highlighted and they never mention that they don't warranty their work on decks when you ask for a quote or when they are signing paperwork. They stained my deck in August of 2022 and now in February 2023, the deck is peeling and they refuse to do anything about it. I used the stain they recommended and paid in full and this is how they treat their customers. FIND ANOTHER COMPANY!

We needed to have our living, dining room, kitchen and hallway painted. We wanted to avoid issues and wanted to go with a company known for their attention to detail. We received five quotes from companies around the area and decided to go with CertaPro. They were the second most expensive out of the five companies.
