left outside water on all night, flooded home and ruined floors; workers admitted to error but supervisor tried to claim it was not possible--huge cost
The early relationship was fantastic. Roped me in I guess but numerous requests to a person who claims to be the president asking for a positive review has fallen in deaf ears(eyes) , painting was incomplete and they left me with detached cable lines hanging in front of my front door! Either finish the job or don't do it!
Sun par at best. Frankly I don't have time to do the supervisors job at Certa Pro! Third time was ncharm this company painted my condo complex and it's already peeling . They painted n the rain the painted over rotten wood, they left a mess it's been a couple weeks still finding empty pint cans n shrubs. Not a very impressive job. And when they did an inspection they walked around the building I'm on second floor w a deck and no one ever came up to check the work during the whole process.

AJ, our Vice President of Operations was on your property regularly inspecting the work and checking in on the paint crew. We were excited about Certa Pro completing our exterior paint project, I had a friend who loved the interior work they had done for her. My husband was grateful for the help from Ryan the sales rep. and felt like this was the right fit for us after receiving previous quotes. However, I am not impressed with what they considered a completed project. I requested an estimate. When Colton Priser arrived after he gave me the estimate, just under $4,000. It included painting as well as patching a few splits and specifically where my puppy had chewed the corner of the cabinet. He said they would patch and paint over with a thick concealing paint that would fill the cracks and blemishes. Not true. Aside from a little concealment the cracks are still present and they never patched the dog chew mark. I asked how long would there be a paint smell. He said, 'two days'. It ... read more
My experience with this Certapro was awful. No show on the first day due to a typo??? An hour late the second day, then they left for 90 minutes to "get paint", then they left for two hours for "lunch". The workmanship was awful once they finally started. Didn't repair any nail holes before starting painting. Needless to say I called and told them not to come back the next day and had to hire a different painter.

I had Certapro paint my family room/ kitchen area. They did not complete the job correctly. They left speakers on the wall , which were to be taken down ,, covered the area under my desk where my cords come out of the wall to connect to my computer, didn't paint apart of the wall above the desk , dumped paint in my sink and left painting tape still on my walls.
