We recently had CertaPro painters come and paint all of the trim, crown molding, and doors on our main floor. 2 painters completed the job in a day and a half. They were friendly, easy to work with, showed up on time, and the price was right. We are very happy with the work that they did. We would highly recommend CertaPro and will most likely use them for our exterior this summer.

Our house had bright colors in the living room, dining room, kitchen, family room, upstairs landing, and all the connecting halls, all of which I wanted repainted in a neutral color plus one accent wall. CertaPro painted my entire downstairs in one afternoon. These guys showed up on time, were fast and professional, and I was just amazed at how quickly they got the job done. For three mid-sized rooms (a kitchen, front room and living room), it cost me a little more than $800. My only disappointment was looking around afterward, more closely, after they left -- paint on my door, a couple lightswitches, etc. Just make sure when you do your walk-through that you take time to really check. We hired CertaPro to paint the interior of our house. Before starting anything a "color consultant" came out and provided recommendations for paint colors based upon how the sunlight enters into the house. AMAZING!!!! We ended up changing 5 of the 6 shades of paint. As far as the painting process goes, the painters were timely, covered all the furniture, and did an excellent job. I would highly recommend CertaPro.

I did some new wood work in our master bedroom and needed it to be painted. I'm skilled enough to do the wood work but not patient enough to do the painting. Therefore, I called the pro's in from certapro to finish the job. They were there on time in the morning and began working hard. My wife decided that she wanted a bit more of a custom job done in the bathroom and it took them until 7:15 PM before they were done. The men were very kind and courteous and did an outstanding job. Highly encourage the use of their service!

Excellent job! This is the 3rd painting project we've had them do in abut 18 months and it was great. JJ (estimator), and Raphael (paint crew leader) are awesome. We will continue to use certa pro and recommend them to others.

We were ready to sign with CertaPro until suddenly the sales representative emailed us telling us it would be an additional $3,000 for them to use a primer to cover the exterior blue trim. We had been talking with them for months about our project and our colors, so this extra fee came as a surprise. We called our sales rep, and he was very rude. I have tried repeatedly to unsubscribe to their spam emails. Colton Priser, VP of commercial sales, has no business ethics and continues to spam after repeated attempts to be left alone. If a company does shady things like this before a sale I'd hate to see what they do after. No wonder the poor rating. My next step will be contacting Certapro themselves and show them what the Indianapolis franchise is doing.

They painted our house and that's all I can say . I've called repeatedly for them to come out and check areas that have chipped and pealed ...to no avail! I would not recommend them.
