**Update** The Project Lead, Tanner, reached out to me. Within 24 hours, the room was repainted and looks as good as the other walls painting in the project. I love the paint job that now matches the other rooms that were painted. Tanner was polite, professional and got the job done. It is not that a company has a problem, it is how they solve it and he did.

Our Tudor Style home was in need of a fresh up outside. Our house had been painted around 8 or 9 years ago. I went and got 3 estimates and certapro came in as the best. After getting scheduled our house got power washed. Actually looked much better after that. Day to paint a van pulls up in the drive not labeled as Certapro, guys get out and no one is in the white certapro shirt. The foreman did put on an orange shirt over his blue shirt. Really great experience with CertaPro! Very timely response to my call for an estimate..and once in-home, Josh reviewed the work to be done and provided a thorough explanation of the process from start to finish. Best price we were quoted too. The painters did an awesome job on our laundry/mud/bathroom areas - efficient, professional and friendly..one even wiped down the floors after they finished! Will definitely be using them when the need arises in the future.

We reached out to CertaPro to stain our fence. From start to finish the process was easy and the job was done above expectation. My sales rep was very knowledgeable and walked me through all of my options, even offering recommendations. Very punctual on time gave me an estimate Within a day including carpentry work for painting the exterior of my house. Scheduled a date and they came and did what they said that they would do when they said they were going to do it. The team leader Jose and his associates exceeded my expectations detail oriented hand great quality. Would recommend them to anyone. Nice to see there's still a company out there that does quality honest work, with effective communication skills.

This is the second time we have used certa-pro to paint our home. They are very professional and complete the job in a timely manner. We were very pleased with the crews that they used. They kept everything clean as they worked. Everything was communicated clearly when work had delayed due to rain. We would use them again!
