CertaPro was super professional. They clearly know what they're doing when it comes to painting. I wanted my small residential to have like a warmer tone. It was originally this bright yellow like a sticky note, but CertaPro repainted it quickly and smoothly to a much calmer brown. No hassle, no fuss, and they seemed patient with me even when I wasn't able to find the words I was looking for.

Terrible experience with CertaPro - multiple rooms painted wrong color, absolutely no project management and very poor communication. We hired them thinking we would get a professionally managed job. Our project manager Amanda barely communicated before the job and disappeared during the job. Was advised painters would come out 1st day, no one showed up. This happened twice. Very sloppy work. This is not acceptable for the price charged to do the work. There was something sloppy in every room painted inside my house. I had to request a member of management come review the work. I will not use CertaPro in the future nor recommend them. I hate that because they got really good reviews. I expected a lot better results.
Very unsatisfactory painting. Surfaces were not properly prepped for painting and dripped paint on baseboards.
Initially I found these folks to be professionals. Two of the work crew they sent were two girls that looked as if they were just out of high school. They were overseen by another person. Since I was working on my Spanish, I thought this was great. The job was supposed to be finished in 5-6 days. On day three, the salesperson (nice guy) forgot to come by my home to lock it up. Terrible paint job !!! First crew very unprofessional. Paint on bedroom carpet floor, paint on cabinet hinges, new vanity had paint stains, ladder with paint in shower..............holes in wall where they remove towel pack....... So DISAPPOINTED, company came highly recommended. **** **
