The painters accidentally transposed a couple of colors you provided them and applied them in the wrong rooms but we quickly tried to resolve the issue and get the areas painted in the right color. Was advised painters would come out 1st day, no one showed up. This happened twice. Very sloppy work. This is not acceptable for the price charged to do the work. There was something sloppy in every room painted inside my house. I had to request a member of management come review the work. I will not use CertaPro in the future nor recommend them. I hate that because they got really good reviews. I expected a lot better results.

This job was very involved and the team worked very hard to provide the look we wanted, and it was a huge success. The team lead by Jesus really took ownership of the job and delivered!
