Hunter was our sales rep. He was very courteous and explained the process completely. Angel was the lead painter and he was the best! Our house needed a lot of carpentry work because of the tornado. Angel and his crew were very nice and considerate and even did a few extra little things I asked them to do. They said the job would be finished in 7 days. They finished in 7 days! The crew was friendly, polite, prompt and proficient. They explained each step and insured our furniture, clothes, etc. was covered and safe from damage.
The painters did a great job. I am very pleased with the results. If I ever have painting needs in the future I will use them again.

Unfortunately my experience with CertaPro could have been better. The first rep looked at what I needed done and verbalized a price but never submitted or contacted me back. I waited 6 weeks called back waited another week and a half and the other rep come out with the price being $550 higher than the first. The painters were 3 hrs late one day and never showed on another day they scheduled. Their finished work was great, but as of today’s date 8/12/23 I’m still waiting on 2 cabinet doors for the job to be completed.

Certpro is a wonderful professional business! I called on Friday and they came Monday and did an excellent job. They are very neat. No mess or mess ups. The 2 men were very very nice and professional. I would recommend Certapro to everyone I know.
We did a bathroom reno and the Orestes crew did an amazing job on the painting. They were on time and very professional.

Rey was the lead paint technician. He was very thorough, considerate and kept me updated throughout the project. His workmanship was top notch. I was very satisfied with the finished project. I highly recommend Rey and CertaPro Painters of Central Arkansas.
