Horrible, horrible, horrible company! From the designers to the managers, this company has poor designers and horrible managers. A simple pantry design turned into a disaster when the designer (Kimberly) didn't know what she was doing and installed a complete disaster of a design. It took two phone calls from the manager to attempt to see what the problem was, and then another designer to come out to try to fix the problem. Cathy was our representative. She did an amazing job designing and making the process as easy as possible. The .installers, John and Damien were also wonderful. Our closet is now spacious, efficient and looks classy. Great experience.

Used Arron at California closets when the office was across from the chandler mall. Did the whole garage the kitchen pantry closet and the master bedroom closet. Had some problems but everything is and was always promptly addressed. Warranty service is equally prompt. Spent about $15000 and would use them again. Aaron was excellent and any problem that came up was excellent. Ask for ArrOn. That's the group you want to handle your job. Great person to have as your go to guy!

Do not use this franchise. I ordered my master bedroom closet in October 2014 for install in February of 2015. They came and were missing parts and one door was inverted so needed to order another. We are only in Scottsdale during the winter. We left mid April and still did not have completed project. We are back and they scheduled an appt. to complete this morning between 8:30 and 9:30. I was in the market for a complete closet re-deign and wall bed for my condo. I worked with a designer named Katie and she did an excellent job of discovering my needs and designed everything according to these needs. I did get additional quotes but Katie did the best job of providing what I was looking for. She was attentive and professional and always followed up. A representative from California Closets came to our house on a Friday. After we told her what we had in mind for our closet she said she would write up the plans and send us an estimate by Monday or Tuesday of the following week. When she did not contact us we called her and left a voice message. Waited 1 more day then called the store. They said she would call but she did not.
