After interviewing 3 different closet companies I chose California Closets to redo my master walk-in closet. Although they were more expensive than their competitors the job they did was worth every penny. I especially want to thank the installers that put everything together-Alfredo, Juan and Kai. They were professional, clean, thorough and very personable. They really knew their product and were experts in the installation process. Thank you California Closets for a great overall experience.

We were very impressed with the designer, Silviya. She came up with a wonderful design. We had to wait 2 months to get installed. The installation was fine except there was a damaged mirror door that we thought would be replaced quickly. Be prepared to wait and get the run around. I called every other day starting February 1st. You leave a message, they will call you back in a day or two and really have no real answers. Be prepared, our install was January 22. We finally got our replacement mirror door April 3rd! When Robin came to my house to provide an estimate for an entertainment center, I was very happy with her ability to design what I was envisioning. The entertainment center was recently installed, and I could not be more happy with how it turned out. Wow!! We had our California Closets installation today, a built-in desk and queen-sized wall bed and we are so happy!! Amy Lillquist has amazing design ideas (allowing my Peloton Tread to fit too!) Dany and Luis were fabulous installers!! They thought of all the little details!! This is our second seamless experience with California Closets and would absolutely recommend them for their superior service, five star installation and innovative design solutions!!

Second time user of this great company. And just as thrilled with the closet arrangement. Will be a third time user if I move again. Mark was a great installer and took only hours to completely install. He cleaned up after the job was done was polite and pleSant to deal with. Brian was our salesperson and he knew his stuff and spent a good hour with us making sure we had sufficient space for the clothes we had. We r very happy customers and highly recommend this company.

First of all, I would like to commend Amy Lillquist. She not only is a delight to work with, but she's so knowledgeable about all the products CA Closets sells. She definitely is a great designer. She excels at her job. Herb, the installer, only made one mistake. He started to put the top shelf of the entire organizer too high so we have holes to patch and paint. He offered to paint over his mistake but we declined his help. Other than that, he did a great job of the installation of our two bedroom closets.

Great company, I worked with them in LA years ago, I was with another company as a designer but, it all boils down to management. The materials used are all about the same, the installers are regular guys, so this leaves how the customers FEEL about the way they are treated. California Closets hires real people who actually care about their clients and what they want, not trying to cut corners and put them down if they want to spend money on all the bells and whistles or they are on a budget and just want the basics until th... read more

We could not be happier with the results and entire experience with California Closets as a whole and Robin in particular. Her creativity and willingness to help us was a breath of fresh air after going through a very challenging home remodel. Our only regret was that we didn't contact them sooner, she is absolutely amazing!

Allison was awesome to work with. She really understood my needs and designed two master closets for me that look great and function better than I expected. I had no idea that the design and function would make life so much easier when getting ready in morning and keeping my life organized. The installers were also very professional, protected other traffic areas of my home and left my house as clean as when they arrived. Can't wait to have them come back for another room in my house.
