I walked into the Roseville showroom and met with Kelsey. She set me up with Ladan, the designer. I live in Sutter so Ladan came to my home and we discussed options and the best design that would fit my budget. she was wonderful to work with and great communication and follow through. 6 weeks later Vince and Sebastian installed my system. I had Hannah design my closet and pantry a couple of years ago and they're holding up beautifully. I'm going to have her design another space for me. Good customer service, amazing product, and excellent experience all around. Hannah was knowledgeable and great to work with and the installers were fast, clean, and respectful. 10/10!!!!

Calif Closets is great! Our entire experience with Ray Higginbotham was extraordinary. Ray is very patient, attentive, thorough, prompt and follows up on everything question, concern or change we wanted to make. Ray showed us what our changes would look like so there would be no surprise when they were installed. Ray and the installers were the best. The installers were prompt and cleaned up when they finished. They even wiped out the drawers when they installed them. No sawdust to wipe out. They are a 10 considering al... read more

The representative that came out to our home was not attentive to our needs and to what were looking for in our design and as a result the designs did not meet our needs. There was terrible follow up with this company's designer and we never received revised options. For now we will take a pass and perhaps revisit again in the future with a different designer/representative.

I have worked with California Closets in the past and had a wonderful experience. Today I had Hannah come out for a quote on my master bedroom closet and it went south fast! When I originally ordered my pantry the breakdown of the old closet was included in the installation however, I was informed that they would not patch or paint. Don't move if u buy California Closets. Purchased from.New Jersey, brought the wardrobe when I moved to California. When I asked for help reconstructing the wardrobe, they refused. NOT RATING California performance.z

We worked with James Y. on our office remodel & closet plans. We had to put the final contract on hold due to needing to finish some other renovations first, but James was so helpful and responsive. He worked with us both for the in-home estimate and with Zoom consultations. He was very personable and had great design ideas. It has been a pleasure working with him. When we're ready to go forward with built-ins, it will definitely be with James & California Closets.

I had a consultation appt w/Natalie and she cancelled day of...offered us to do a virtual appt., and measure ourselves! I declined a virtual appt, and asked her to schedule us as soon as possible. She never did, and never returned a phone call or text to date- it's been almost 2 months. Very unprofessional. Someone else earned our business!

Took the day off to be here for a TWO HOUR arrival window. It's 30 minutes past that time and no one is here, no one has called, no one is answering at the Roseville location or main office. Not sure how you run a business like that but it's not great.
