I highly recommend Brooke Lynch to handle all of your home and garage closet needs! She was not only on time but came to my home with a beaming smile and got to work! She had a positive "can do" attitude and set the bar high for service. Brooke's the best, and I would hire her for all of my future closet and storage needs! Oh, and have her bring the baby!!!

I used California Closets in Dallas and it took them three visits to get everything installed correctly, Now have used them in Palm Desert, CA, and it is worse here! This is a franchise, and we are facing our fourth visit from them to install six hanging rods, 5 drawers and lighting. All of the drawers were dragging in the hinges for the doors that closed over them. Shame on me. For my last two houses I used California Closets for multiple closets and gave five star reviews. From start to finish (design through installation), I experienced white glove service, perfect quality and super smooth installs. Now for my new home in la Quinta I went with a local resource strongly recommended by my interior designer. Honestly, this experience proves you get what you pay for. California Closets...Quick to take your money, but terrible in communications! Our advisor quit, who never responded in a timely manner , likewise the manger never return my call. They were 4 weeks later than promised the post poned delivery because installer was ill! Guess they only have one installer, but because when the initial installation was done there were 4 guys! The day of the initial installation we were told the doors would take an additional two weeks which turned into 4 weeks. Good product. Poor follow through.

Ashley designed our wardrobe and master closet based off of my specifications and made some changes to make it work better. Sergio, Kevin and the rest of the crew did a great job with tear out of old closet, patch, repair and paint. Installation was on time and completed in 2 days. Workers were courteous and cleaned up after installation.

We had several closets, kitchen pantry and garage storage upgraded. Dan McCann did an excellent job designing new spaces. The work was on time and done right. Dan managed expectations, communicated effectively, was friendly, knowledgeable and a pleasure to work with. We will recommend Dan and California Closets to others.

This is not related to California Closets work alone, but one of their AMAZING employees who happened to notice that my front passenger-side tire had popped in a parking lot. This occurred as I was leaving a convenience store and he grabbed my attention, suggested I pull over into a parking space and then proceeded to help me change the popped tire to the emergency spare in the back of my trunk. Our experience at California Closets was very good. Preston was helpful with our closet design. Alfredo was our installer. He was professional, neat and did a wonderful job.
