California Closet did a great job for us in designing our closets and incorporating what we wanted into the design. Ashley Werbel is an outstanding designer. We are very fortunate to have been assigned to her. She has extraordinary skills and is so pleasant to deal with. We had a very bad experience with Closet World in Palm Desert, CA. We had to put half down on the project before completion. Waaaay too expensive! Plus, they required a showroom visit after the designer came out and the showroom isn't convenient at all.

Their outstanding customer service, attentions to details, and overall professionalism always makes it a pleasant experience. El Paseo Design center is another plus. We had our bedroom walk in closet reconfigured with California Closets and we also had our guest bedroom revamped as well. Our salesperson, Ashley, was wonderful and very attentive to our needs. In the guest bedroom, we replaced the original Murphy bed and giant wall unit with lighter colors and a more efficient layout for the room. After having an absolutely horrific experience with Closets by Design, working with them for a month, expecting them to show up on a particular day a month after we designed the closet, to install the finished product (primary closet) to then find out that the order was never placed, and corporate having a hard time reaching the sales person we worked with to FIRE her....We thankfully stumbled upon California Closets and their sales rep Alejandro Hernandez in Palm Desert. I'm writing to sing the praises of California Closets and specifically the smart, talented, creative, responsive, flexible and sunny Jenny Ebel, who is an outstanding sales and design consultant and collaborator. I thoroughly enjoyed working with her this past year as much as I am delighted with the results. Our small walk-in closet had a myriad of needs. Our designer nailed them all with system of cubbies, multiple drawers, shelves and hanging rods. Workmen showed up exactly as scheduled and worked nonstop to finish it in one day. And they cleaned up after themselves! Our closet is much more functional now with tongue and groove soft close drawers, molding, extra sturdy racks. Wonderful addition to our home!

I need more than 5 stars to review Jenny Ebel from California Closets Palm Desert. I've worked on two projects with Jenny. She is responsive, knowledgeable and reliable. I highly recommend Jenny Ebel - she will always be my first call.
