Knowledgable consultants - experienced installers - excellent product - good feedback during process from first inquiry to installation and beyond. They have organized every closet and cubbyhole in my condo and I'm delighted with the results.
What a wonderful experience. After going through the entire remodel process, delays and all it was a 5 star day when Sally arrived on the job. She is knowledgable and professional, gave great ideas, came by and checked her measurement twice. The installation was smooth, again professionals on the job. I had a large closet, pantry, and linen closet installed. I love them, could not be happier ! I felt the price was fair for the job done and the quality of the product. I would highly recommend California Closet's team !
California Closets is one fantastic operation and their designers are 1st class. This is the 2nd time I have used them. Their business produces incredible customer satisfaction. I absolutely love my California Closet and also Thom Straley, my designer, who was so helpful, responsive, and efficient. I had a very large walk in closet in my previous apartment (which was basically full) and recently moved to a new apartment with a medium sized reach in closet. Customer service is awesome! I have two California Closets in my house now and unfortunately the designer I worked with two years ago made an error because I couldn't open the drawers and she told me that the answer was to buy a new closet door. What? Two years passed and I decided I wanted a walk-in closet for the master bedroom. I love my new garage closets! My designer was Sally and she did an excellent excellent job in designing the garage cabinets for us. She listened to what we had in mind and came up with a perfect layout. Sally was very professional and very punctual, very important for us as we both work and have crazy schedules. Another plus was she's very pleasant and she did not try to over do just to add 'cost'...very cautious on pricing and that was a BIG plus. Great job...highly recommended.
We were extremely pleased with the design of our master bedroom closet, vanity for above the tub (similar in design to one seen on Houzz.com), and laundry room cabinets. Grace Feldeisen's experience was exactly what we needed to engineer the project to our specific needs. We remodeled our home in 2011-2012. Our bedroom closet was a walk-in but we just had regular clothes rods on the side and one shelf above each for storage, Jerri came in and looked at our space. then we talked and she found out what our needs were. We had a wonderful experience with California Closets and our designer, Sally Benyola. We have small closets which she quickly designed maximum space utilization and we also had her design a built-in home office using a small bedroom. It is a wonderful office now complete with two work stations, file drawers and shelivng units. She rapidly understood our needs and created the perfect amount of work space.
