Very professional service. Roberta came to the house once to measure the walls then emailed me her recommendation and quote. I really liked that they continually kept in touch with me to remind me of the appointment for the installation and what to expect the day of. The day before my appointment, I got a call, no only confirming date and time, but the name of the person I should expect. Very impressive! The guy showed up on time and was done before I knew it. I used California Closets to build a closet for the front den area in our condo that would serve as both golf storage and bookshelves. Between my husband and myself, we have three sets of golf clubs, several pairs of golf shoes, and all this other golf paraphernalia. When we decided to research for closets and garage storage, we worked with atleast 2 other Closet designers before deciding on California Closets. We worked with Roberta Lasecka, who was very detailed in understanding our requirements and gave us a prelim design. After few more exchanges we were able to narrow down the final design for the closets. We were very impressed with the design. This was installed in a short notice. Material and design were high quality and design was as expected. Highly recommend.

We just had our closet done in South Pasadena by Leslie and Scott Seigel. Our designer's name was Michael Rosen . He designed a top-notch system that we just love. It was a fantastic experience. First of all, the closet itself is so awesome looking. Since we have to look at the doors every day, (morning, noon and night) we bought these first-class glass doors that are gorgeous. The whole process is very palatable. Sally is the best! She helped me change my design even on the last 2 days when she need to submit her drawing to factory. I felt I am a bad customer to make I the last minutes, however, she made everything went through smoothly, and my closet did come on the promise date! The day when we signed the contract! I don't like to write review, but she worth it! I need to recommend her!

California Closets redesigned one walk-in and 4 single closets for me this past summer, and I'm very pleased with them. Since I neither needed or wanted high-end materials, the designer used the CC simplicity line, which is very good quality and nice looking white shelving that's about 25% less expensive. I recently had my pantry rebuilt by California Closets. My initial experience was great. They came out and measured the pantry area showed me the designs that I could choose from and set up the installation date. The Installer and the Sales Rep were present for the installation of my pantry and everything went great, but there was a problem with the measurements for one side of the pantry so they had to set up another installation date. Sally Benyola, designer, and the installation staff at California Closets are fantastic! Our first experience with this very professional team was the design and installation of a walk in closet followed a few weeks later by a home office.
