Servpro came to my house at midnight due to a late night flood. They were able to sanitize the area and get all the dehumidifiers up and running in no time. Felipe and craig where very professional and talked to me as they set everything up.

I called on a Tuesday and scheduled an appointment for Friday morning. Set for Friday between 830 and 900. 845 I called to see where they were, girl said he left 10 minutes ago but will check, and rather than put me on hold she hung up. If what she said was true then they would be about 20 minutes late. I called back and the girl transfers me to the woman manager. I had a frozen pipe and called my home insurance agency to file a claim. The water leaked on a floor and I was in need of water removal. I called my insurance company and they got in contact with servpro of new haven. Andrew (manager) came in to meet with me and assured me that work will be performed within few days. The total should be not more then $2000. when I was at work, my daughter let them in to dry the floor and remove the damaged one.
