I had a wonderful experience with serve pro from start to finish. They were quick and professional! My product manager helped me make choices, sent me choices when I couldn’t go to look, and brought my kitchen back together! He was understanding of my issues and worked through as a true professional!
ServPro of New Haven was able to quickly clear out and clean my basement after a catastrophic flood. The ServPro crew was efficient when clearing out, and handled all of my belongings, including boxes of files and furniture, with care. I also hired the ServPro construction team to rebuild my finished basement. Vladimir and his crew absolutely SURPASSED our expectations. Tasked with deep cleaning and disinfecting our newly purchased 4,000 square foot home that was vacant for over a year prior to purchase and unfortunately inhabited by 4 legged critters seemed like a large task for us but Vladimir and his crew over the course of 2 days made it seem like a walk in the park! Absolutely incredible job. 10 out of 10!
ServPro professionally assessed and remediated a mold issue behind our kitchen cabinets. It involved removing our backsplash, countertops and cabinets in a house we listed for sale so perfection at all steps was required and expectations exceeded! Thank you guys! Great job Diane and Michael Gruner
