Drying of areas after water leak from dish washer, showed up quickly, they remove flooring kitchen, basement and suspended ceiling basement, cleaned up. Would not remove flooring under pool table legs, then hooked up 12 air dryers, 2 dehumidifier's running continuously for I believe 72 hours the noise was unbearable, came back removed drying equipment. If you are ever in need of a company to clean up after a water leak, fire, etc. DO NOT CALL SERVEPRO! They are the absolute worst. I had issues with them from day one. Over charging, breaking things, no communication from anyone - from the owner on down. I had a water pipe burst and my first thought in a panic was to call Servpro, OMG, what a mistake. 6K for a days work. Never again, they totally take advantage of people who are in need. They came in after the fire in our house and cleaned everything. All the smoke damage just went away. Top marks to them.
When a tornado deposited a huge tree in the middle of my stepmother's house this past May, we were shocked and astounded at the damage. A second story room sort of ended up wedged into the room below and a big part of another room was simply sheared off. As you can imagine, there was water damage as well. Juan and Jeff are AMAZING! Our apt. was ruined due to a water leak and our complex sent out SERVPRO. The first day we were still in shock. The Manager Bill came out and I was not impressed. He had a worker Jose with him that was the calming factor. Bill seemed to care more about his work than us and Jose was customer focused. Then the movers came Friday and Juan and Jeff were awesome. These folks performed a heating/ac duct cleaning for us. Work was professionally done, the job was neat, and they cleaned up after themselves. Who could ask more?
