Roof One replaced our entire roof a littleless than a year ago. Our salesman was very respnsive and quick in providing an estimate. we had them replace our roof and now it is leaking in two places. We called them 3 times to report the problem.. The first two times we were told they would write it up and call us to schedule a warranty repair. No one ever called us back so we called again today. The guy who came out for the estimate was friendly, polite and on time. He answered all my questions and got it going. I was getting gutter guards on the house and a new roof on my garage. Price was the secont lowest but only missed best price by about 60 bucks. The other company seemed more lacksidasial. I know its a quick standard job, but its still my garage. While they did repair the roof in one day and the leaked "seem" to have stopped... When they dropped off their supplies, they slaughtered my yard. Then they dropped of the dumpster a few days before starting, totally blocking my driveway. When they were done, they didn't clean everything - lots of debris on the porch and left a big plastic container on the porch. They then left the dumpster in the driveway for another week. Roof One did an outstanding job. The entire process was great. Quote was done thoroughly and accurately. Installation was great. Crew was excellent. I highly recommend them! GAF Timberline with a Lifetime Warranty. I am not new to this. This is the 3rd house that I am having to get a roof installed. I wish that I knew them 5 years ago, I could have saved a lot of money.

I am a Realtor. A client of mine had a new roof put on her home 6 months ago. We were holding an open house over the weekend and water began to drip from the ceiling. Obviously not a good sign with a new roof. I called Roof 1 on a Sunday at @ 4 PM and someone actually answered. Scott had a crew there the first thing the next morning melting the ice off the roof and shoveling snow, not a fun job! So disappointed. Good job but totally misquoted the job and didn't inform us before doing 'extras'. I was told the roof was no good and went to check it myself. (As I've done this work myself many times as a younger man) Found out there were a couple of spots that did need replacing but told them Do Not replace the whole thing. After it was done I was quoted $2000.00 more! Trying to find someone to do my roof was easier said then done. Then I was referred to roof one thru a family friend and thought I finally found a great company I could also refer to other people. It started with getting a quality free estimate filled with lots of info and options. I thought it was great as I wanted the roof and gutters. Got a few free pieces of wood thrown in free and was told if there was a major issue they would let me know. Upon inspecting the final work I discovered a problem with the drainage from my gutter downspouts. Roof One had installed edge vents on my roof which decreased the width of my gutters. This resulted in the gutter downspouts hanging half over the gutter and the other half just dangling over the edge of the gutter causing the rain water to gush on to the ground.
