i had a new roof installed 2018. This year a small leak this year 2023 developed and I called Roof one and asked to have them send someone out to find and repair the leak. A a repair specialist came out to inspect the spot on our ceiling. He went into the attic and found the source of the leak. Outside he made the necessary repair around a pipe coming out of the roof. Had some work done on boyfriends roof. This company was phenomenal. The inspection happened at the time they said they'd be there which was nice to not have to wait around. The work itself was done in a timely matter and the crew was efficient and cleaned up after themselves. I will happily be calling upon roof one for future repairs and roof work.
the customer service sucks, my roof was replaced last winter and since then the finishing looked out of place, I made a lot of call where at least the lady who answer was really nice but for scheduling of repairs that is the problem, during the summer the smart vent started to deformed and they came 3 times to fix it but it looks no professionally installed, now like a month ago an expert came and said that the vent need to be replace and I haven't receive any call back. I will NOT recommend Advocate Construction

Let me start by saying that Roof one is responsive as far as getting a salesperson out for quotes, but the communication has been downhill since. We have used them for roof, siding, and gutters over the past 2 years. I now have leaks that I have been trying to get resolved for over a month now. We call, they say they are sending someone, and then we don't hear back from them. At this point, I am going to see where we need to take this conversation beyond them. Terrible experience all together. From picking up nails for a year after they replace my roof five years ago, to my garage leaking right now. They say someone looked at it, without moving any leaves away from the questionable spot, and said not our problem. I never received a call back from them on the issue, and had to call twice. I had my roof replaced a few months back by Roof one and yes, I do regret it. Mark, the salesman was courteous and answered all my questions and I thought I picked a good company. Well the problems started the day they were supposed to drop off all the materials on a Monday and begin work on Tuesday.
