I will say this they did what I wanted. However, it would have been better to have been told that it was not the best option. The plumber that arrived did the work but relied on the plumbing supply house to make suggestions on what tankless heater to use. I am aware at the time I did not have many options as I only had access to 110 service. The tankless heater that was installed really does not work for either the sink or my dishwasher much to my dismay. Nathan was very professional, courteous and accommodating. Initially there was a misunderstanding on our part as to which technician would be doing the service. Nathan quickly put our concerns and fears to rest, assuring us that he was quite knowledgeable and skilled in performing whole -house jetting services.
