I will say this they did what I wanted. However, it would have been better to have been told that it was not the best option. The plumber that arrived did the work but relied on the plumbing supply house to make suggestions on what tankless heater to use. I am aware at the time I did not have many options as I only had access to 110 service. Nathan was very professional, courteous and accommodating. Initially there was a misunderstanding on our part as to which technician would be doing the service.
