Customer service was great but they are expensive than most others I priced it with. They just happened to be onsite and I needed it fixed immediately as my tenants were moving in.
It was very nice working with this company. From the phone call, after booking for the repair, to the actual repair. I received emails and text messages to help keep me informed on when Todd was coming. I really was impressed with the professionalism of everything. I will definately use them, again, for my plumbing needs.

I had a plumber called for a slide bar I needed in my shower.....when I asked him ow much it would be he said $260....but I tolled him I could by the rod on Amazon for less and he suggested I buy a Moen which I did for $135 and it had 2 sower heads so I was happy.....he did a great job installing it in 10 minutes and when I asked how much he said $260 so I paid that no matter that I bought the product for him too install..so installation was $260? I think that was highway robbery and I love the work they do!!!!!!! but I mean... read more

Everything went fine, except the next morning I had to take care of a couple of leaks... They should call after the fact to verify that everything ended up as agreed. I know that none of them do.
