Plumper was professional. Knew what he was doing and fixed the problem.
Actually had 2 separate appointments. Both people were prompt and polite and the person that did the video of our plumbing showed me each step and explained in layman's terms

Unfortunately, the plumber was not able to perform the work we needed. The distance between our walls was too narrow to do the job. The plumber was very courteous and prepared. I would have rated him a "five" if he had discovered the problem when he came out to do the original estimate.
