Jeremy Shanks was not only professional, courteous and kind, but he was extremely knowledgeable.
A little to expensive
Job was replacing a shower panel with a similiar replacement. I had removed the old panel, but ran into issues with the placement of existing plumbing connectors. Gary was prompt, arriving on time. He provided a "flat rate" estimate, which seemed a bit high - but I needed the work down NOW and I'm not much for negotations. It figured out to, roughly, 3 hrs at the $650 flat rate.
