Wonderful company! On Monday, Ian and Randy came, they were so sweet and professional. They were dealing with my sewage problem. They worked so hard. They scheduled to come back today. Ian and Kelsey came to go on my roof. Both were very professional but felt like friends. I am very very satisfied with all their hard work. Thank you McVay! Jan Smith

Cody came in, took a quick look and set to work. He was able to quickly replace an ancient faucet and revamp the drainage from our utility sink. Awesome job, and at a fair price.

Long story short, Dont use these guys unless you have to like myself(warranty claim for outside work). Sewage was backed up. Devon came out to camera the line and did a crap job. Had both inside and outside excavation work done. Inside floor drain needed replaced. Outside needed dug up to fix holes in the terrecotta pipe. Lines were not marked for the excavation crew. They fixed 2 holes in the line and the inside floor drain was replaced and a trap placed into it. Welp, the next day its backing up still. Devon came out to ca... read more

Overall, please do not use McVay in your future plumbing needs. We had a clog in our basement. The first McVay rep that came out was fine- just stated we needed a guy to snake it. That guy was Nick L. When Nick arrived he stuck a giant snake down the drain and claimed he had hit the pipe and was unable to move any further down the pipe. He claimed the only way to get to the blockage was rip up the concrete and lay a new piece of pipe to be able to get around the bend and get the clog. If I am remembering correctly, McVay used to include the fee for coming out in the service or waive it if services were provided . Now, they're charging $70 just to show up, with any actual service costing extra. Why am I being charged $70 for something that's essential to running your business? You have to travel to do your job--how does that become an extra fee for me, especially when the distance isn't significant?

do not use this service, untrustworthy, unprofessional, dishonest, lack of trained professionals, office, csr's and managers will lie to you over and over and over again and laugh as they collect money for shabby work. they don't care they only care about money the good reviews are mostly fake, made up by their own team
