The service department is awesome at the Rushville, IN location. Have called twice for combine breakdowns this season and within an hour there was a tech on site for the repair. First time the part needed was no where close so the tech welded the break to keep me harvesting. The second time the tech was able to get me running and order the belts to change at a later time. Very impressed with Jeremy and the guys there on how quick even us small guys get service response! Highly recommend the Rushville location.

Took my “Classic” JS63 mower to a AgPro near me and they charged me $450 only to give me back a mower that was not fixed, was not diagnosed for other problems and was not even dusted off. And we waited 6 weeks to get this amazingly horrible service! Drove 50 miles to Koenig’s in Urbana. It took 3 weeks but got everything diagnosed and repaired for a very fair price and when they brought it out my husband was amazed. It looks like new! They took time to power wash it.
