Called their service dept twice to get a quote to have sub compact mid mower attachment frame installed on tractor. First time they told me $400 at $100 per hour and second call to different Koenig location they quoted $700 or seven hrs. Guy I bought it from was charged $55 total to have it taken off by a different dealer. they appear to be “a not to be trusted rip off dealer “.

Bought a lawn mower less than a year ago, still under warranty and they want to charge me a hundred dollars to look at it because the switch to the lawn mower blades isn’t working. We were not told that at the time of sale and behind the scenes cost or I would’ve chose a different dealership. Become way to expensive, $400.03 for an oil change, check fluids, sharpen blades.

They came and picked my riding lawnmower up to change the deck and drive belts, a broken pulley. They called me and told me my motor was locked up. I asked them if they were sure and they told me "yes". I asked them to look at the belt because I'm sure it jumped off and putting another pulley in a bind. A couple hours I drove there and was told that was the problem and they will have it fixed. Sorry but I could never recommend this company. Having my mower for over 2 months and never calling me until I sent an email to the president. The service manager at the tipp city location is utterly unprofessional. The lack of customer service blew me away because several people recommended them to me. Will never do business then again and will advise everyone I know the same.
