There was a minor problem when our mower was delivered and when I called to complain I was not Expecting the level of accountability and apologies that I received. Took my riding mower in because it stopped running. Took over 9 weeks to get back. On a repair that they should have taken care of 2 years ago when it was in. They seldom call me I had to call to find out what was going on. The only thing done right was the price. I was only charge for a normal service.
