My husband and I just bought our first zero turn mower from this location after a friend recommended them. There was a minor problem when our mower was delivered and when I called to complain I was not Expecting the level of accountability and apologies that I received. I spoke with Chris who was very honest, explained where the miscommunication happened and why, then went above and beyond to make it right. After that was taken care of I was 100% satisfied.
