I'll just go ahead and write this while I sit in the waiting room. I just moved here and my 03 Honda Civic needed an oil change. After providing my own oil (no filter tho) it costs $59 for a damn oil change?? That's absolutely ridiculous. It's a dang Honda Civic, it's not a McLaren. Ordered a floor jack once I sat down cuz this place is the biggest scam. Once that jack gets here it's no more getting ripped off thankfully. Save yourselves some time and money during this inflated period in your lives and just do it yourself...

have been taking both or our vehicles there for years. when you pay $100 for an oil change and they mark off they've filled sinple things like your windshield washer fluid (last week) and you leave with it still empty makes me really lose my trust and wonder what else they simply checked off but didn't do. will have to find a new place to take our vehicles
Absolutely garbage customer service. Rude staff. Combative. Lazy. I DO NOT RECOMMEND THIS LOCATION!
Their hours are clearly posted. Sunday 10am open. I was there at 9:58. Not a sign of anyone. Pulled around. Waited. No one showed. Called. No one answered. Left at 10:15. Went elsewhere. Did other chores. Came back at 11:30. No one there. If you post hours on your door, on Yelp, on your own website. You better show up. If you don't have the staff, change your site, Yelp, your door sign. Put up a note explaining that you can't open due to staffing issues. But don't leave folks hanging. Jiffy lube employee locked the keys inside the car. Staff would not pay a locksmith to come unlock the vehicle since a spare key existed. This required another family member to go obtain the spare key and drive it over to the shop. Jiffy lubes mistake cost me extra money. Mistakes by Jiffy lube staff should not cost the client additional $!
Scammmers. They charged me more than the quoted price because they had more than 5 quarts of oil to dispose of....6.9 quarts. My Charger only takes between 5-6 quarts. Also, the service is supposed to include checking the tire pressure. My right front wheel tire needed air, the gauge was still on after my car was serviced. The manager lied to me & said it will take 20-40 miles before it shut off. I took it to a tire store immediately after I left jiffy lube & they put air in the tire & the gauge immediately shut off. How do you do a 'quality' inspection in less than 10 minutes? You don't! My receipt says that they checked my headlights and taillights and that they are working fine, I know for a fact that I have a headlight out and yesterday a taillight went out. It also says that my tire pressure is at 50, really? 50psi in a half ton pickup? Uh no, try 70.
