My oil light and engine light went on as we were on out way to Silverwood from Seattle. I usually don't like to stop at these express oil change places because in my experience they always try to up-sell you. The kids weren't too excited to stop for service but I assured them is would be quick...and it was! They offered great service at this location. Very fast, friendly & no up-sell. I was blown away by the service I received at Post Falls Jiffy Lube! I am a working mom with two kids who could use a couple of extra hours in her day...honestly, what person can't? They do not have synthetic blend oil , I went and got some down the street from parts house. I learned from an oil company years ago that you do not switch from a blend to full synthetic and switch back. The ford motor company recommends 5-20 synthetic blend. Ok the problem is they charge me $79.00 for an oil filter. WTF. I supplied the oil. Get it ? IF I wasn't traveling I would have went to find a More reasonable place to change oil. Brought my vehicle in for a high milage oil change. I paid with cash and gave my email address to front desk attendant in training. He needed help finding the register drawer that was empty. Took my $100.70 cash. I never received my receipt of service and they don't answer their phone. My oil odometer reads the same as before oil change. Question if this was under the table money for them.

no, there's no going back from this. My daughter went in there to have her oil changed. It broke down a short time afterwards she took it in to get fixed, and the mechanic said the oil has not been changed. jiffy Lube has lost me as a customer and my daughter and I'm gonna let people know cause how many people are done are not changing the oil. Called while they were "open" multiple times and got no response. Found grease monkey and called and immediately got an answer. They had multiple bays open and were able to get my vehicle in for an oil change immediately. Staff was friendly and the service was great. GO TO GREASE MONKEY. Don't waste your time here.

The Post Falls Jiffy Lube was a horrible experience! I took my car recently on a Saturday afternoon and the short blond hair foreman was such a dick, bad attitude like he had some where else to go! Anyways got my oil changed there and shortly I started getting bad oil leaks underneath my engine, so I went back just to see if they could quickly check their work! I offered to pay for services! Mysteriously now have a leak in my car. Never leaked before. After jiffy lube it now leaks. Don't bring your car here.
Disaster!! Terrible Management!! Run for the Hills! After watching two men struggle to put my glove box back in for 5 minutes, (air filter inspection), pushing it...shoving it, and maybe getting ready to break it, I poked my head outside the door to shop (car was right there) and asked them if they were having some trouble.
