Jiffy Lube Could they be any more lazy? This place is right outside of Glacier Park. There's thousands of tourists from all over the worId, many who have traveled thousands of miles and need an oil change. I get there at 3 pm September 5, well within business hours. There are cares behind me. Nope. The girl there said the manager didn't want to work anymore and they were going to close early. Who cares about revenues? Who cares about customers? I have tried to get my oil changed here multiple times. Today was at 2pm. I have tried at 11:30am 1pm 1:30 pm and today at 2. Every one of these times someone comes and tells me they are all on brake. The website doesn't even show times they go to brake. It just shows open times. All day. I took my car in for an oil change. I noticed oil on my driveway and thought maybe I had an oil leak. They never screwed the oil filter in all the way. Now my whole under carriage is soaked and I have to pay to have the under carriage cleaned before I can take it to a more knowledgeable co. This has now cost me in upwards of an additional $250. $80 for an inspection $30 for getting it cleaned 3 times and another oil change and filter with another company

Do not trust this business. I dropped my car off for a simple oil change and specified I did not want synthetic oil. When I returned I was received a $95 charge for a simple oil change... They did use synthetic oil, said because I wasn't there they went ahead and used synthetic. Refused a refund. I will never return.

I was the only one to pull in and was met with an extremely grumpy and unfriendly staff. The guy who met me at the car gave me a look like what the hell was I doing there. No hello, no good morning nothing. No surprise no one else was in there the entire time I was there. Also stated I declined vacuuming on the receipt even though I was never asked.

WARNING!!!! Do not bring your vehicle here if you want to keep your car in good working condition! This place damaged my car and when I told them it was making funny noises after working on it, the guys said it was a freaky coincidence that my car would make weird noises and that they did not have anything to do with it. Um. Do not like the customer service here. The staff was eating takeout and was thoroughly disappointed at my arrival. The guy at the front desk was brusk, condescending and unprofessional. After licking his fingers from Chinese food he rang me up. Any questions I asked were treated as if I was a stupid woman. The waiting area is gross and the only nice one there is the girl who was obviously working the hardest in the whole place. We have used this a couple of times but what makes me unhappy is the windshield and vacuuming service is always checked that we declined the service but we have never been asked. Do they not offer that service at Columbia Falls or do they not want to take the time to do it? Just wondering
We are visiting family in Columbia Falls. My husband went there for an oil change. After the car cooled down, my husband noticed that it was three quarters of a quart low in oil. Needless to say we will not service our car at Jiffy Lube ever again!
