Luke was very friendly, helpful, and honest. We had a good experience at Jiffy Lube with quick service.
I took my daughter's car here to make sure it was road ready for her trip to San Diego. The guys were great, quick, friendly and check all the levels, belts and even tire pressure. Highly recommend
Today I was in Jiffy Lube and was appalled at how rude many of the customers where. The Jiffy Lube employees where going out of there way to make them happy and sadly some people are never going to be happy. I say to all Jiffy Lube employees you did a outstanding job today tolerating some of the worst customers alive. I was ready through some of the reviews and I must say if you are going to write a review don't be a coward put your name on it. *Super* friendly and quick service!!! We just needed an oil change but they cleaned our filter, topped off all fluids, washed our windows and vacuumed at no cost. Everything was finished in 10-15 minutes and every employee wished us a good day as we left. Definitely will come here again!
My husband was on a week long hiking trip and while I was knocking around Montana, I thought I would get our Jeep's oil changed. I arrived at 4:30pm on a Wednesday. I was the only customer and they were so accommodating. They explained what they were doing and the service was done within half an hour and I paid a fair price.
On 7-6-2024 I took my Rav 4 Toyota in for an oil change to this location. When I parked my car at home I noticed oil was leaking onto the pavement. On the invoice from Jiffy Lube vacuuming and oil light reset was marked "completed". Neither was completed. Because Jiffy Lube did a poor job, I took my car in to a repair shop in Kalispell and the repairman stated on the invoice "oil filter loose, drain plug loose, tightened both oil filter and drain plug. I had $200 missing out of my car after getting an oil change. 100% had it stolen from here, it was the only place I went between placing it and going to grab it. The man checking me out also asked me to hit his VAPE which was super disturbing and unprofessional. Wouldn't recommend this jiffy lube to anyone.

Gal at the counter was nice. The manager declined to do a tire rotation on my jeep wrangler because he thought my aftermarket bumpers brought the vehicle weight over 9k lbs. It weighs 6100. tried to explain and show him the registration with the accurate weight of 6900lbs and was told he wasn't going to argue. If you think bumpers add 3000lbs to a jeep, you may not be competent enough to do an oil change. Not only that, he wouldn't even talk to me about it. They don't carry synthetic blend oil and they won't tell you this until after you've waited a long time to be helped :(
