They were supposed to put in 5w20 instead the ticket shows 5w30. They quoted me $35.99 for an air filter and charged me $55.99. When I called about he said that he just put in computer wrong and it was 5w20. How do I know for sure? Also, he said most filters were what he quoted but mine rang up more. Really...$20... I would have changed it myself.
Just paid $69.00 for an air filter replacement. What a racket. I'll never go back. I just got Jiffy'd alright, but they forgot the lube.
Just got ripped off at Jiffy Lube! Brought my own oil and filter and was charges $45! Said that they still have to dispose of the oil. On top of it all they left my air filter cover loose and boot marks all over my carpet! Worst experience ever.
