I had a regular oil change and tire rotation and everything seemed fine until I got home and received a call asking me to bring the car back because they weren't sure the wheels had been torqued. Seems like a major safety issue. There were no apologies for the service or the wasting of my time. I will not be a returning customer.

I have to give this local Jiffy Lube great reviews. For always being willing to go above and beyond my needs. As a woman it's hard for me to deal with flat tires and low tire air. I have a bad back and knees. But every time I pull up these men deliver a great attitude and service. I just found out that they helped a neighbor jump a car. All these things without a charge. Super big kudos to this team. For keeping it real for the neighborhood!!! Thanks

I was due for an oil change and was about to head out on a road trip so I called this location to check if they had a wait time. They quickly picked up the phone when I rang and let me know they had no wait time currently so I headed over. Since I let them know I was going to travel a distance they offered a full inspection. I had my doggy Cali with me and they said it was okay if she stayed in the waiting area with me. They changed my air filter and did the oil change within 40 minutes!! Matt was great and he and his employees are a wonderful staff! I am so glad we stopped in and got our oil changed and our fluids checked. This is the third time I have used them and I live 3 hours away. Anytime I am in town and need an oil change I will definitely go to the Jiffy Lube on East Central. Just can't beat the great people, great prices, and great service. Thanks guys!

These guys suck. Went in for an oil change and they tried to jam me with $300+ dollars in other maintanence work. I told them no, just the oil change and the kept finding things to try and rack up my bill. Don't go here unless you're ready to be overcharged and lied to about what needs doing on your vehicle. Typical auto repair scammers.

Are you looking for an experience to ruin your day? Of course you aren't! So DON'T GO TO THIS JIFFY LUBE. I went to get an oil change and tire rotation like I get every 5000 miles. I usually go to the dealership where I got my car, but didn't have time to get there. Big mistake. These guys are overpriced, and are seemingly trained in identifying people who don't look like they know a lot about servicing cars. Great experience here. I think I heard they are under new management. They offered us a great deal on some major work, and worked late to get it done for us. We will definitely be using them for our future car needs.

Jiffy Lube is expensive - I get that...but for every service offered, you only have to say NO. My review is to let the readers know that the people who work at this location are very professional and kind. I have never been treated rudely. I have no reason not to come back.
