We've come to this location a few times now for oil changes and once to change several exterior bulbs on my Prius. It's close to home so we're able to drop off the car and run home with no problem. Services are pretty quick, but do anticipate a wait on weekends. It's a little unclear if you aren't familiar that you're supposed to park in a line and check in inside. Last visit, my wife left this Jiffy Lube and the bottom engine tray started dragging on the ground. Returned to Jiffy Lube and they forgot to put the bolts back on but installed the 3 remaining bolts that survived the drive and told my wife should could buy replacements bolts for the ones lost due to their mistake. I said take it somewhere else next time. Fast forward to this week and she returned for an oil change to the same dumb place and my son drove it home with the tray dragging on the ground again. Terrible customer service. Multiple people were helped before me... was not first come first served, and then they were rude and dismissive when I mentioned that I was there before some of the other cars. Won't be coming back.

Been going here to get my company vehicle serviced for 3 years. Always thought they were a little pricey based on the price of buying your own oil at an auto parts store (change my own oil in my personal vehicles). Never felt like they sold me something I didn't need or that wasn't scheduled from the manufacturer. Took my NEW to me work vehicle in today for an oil change, full synthetic was nearly 100 dollars for 6 quarts and a filter. Absolutely fantastic seevice, the employee that helped me didn't give me any BS about synthetics vs regular oil. Was completely professional and completed in about 10 min. I would definitely recommend this location.

Not terribly "jiffy". Was there almost 2 hours. Other than that, it was ok. No huge complaints.

Every time I go to this particular location they never seem to screw on my oil cap tightly and I end up leaking oil. How hard is it to screw on an oil cap so oil doesn't leak everywhere? They were fast, and reasonably priced, but that is it.

I always bring my car here to get serviced. The service is fast, I usually have to wait about 20-30 minutes depending on how busy they are, which isn't bad. They are also always very friendly and always talk to you about what's wrong with your car before they do/replace anything. They used to vacuum your car too but the last couple times I've gone, I've noticed they don't do that anymore. I think this is a great place to come to get your car checked out/serviced.

I've not really had any problems before but today their service was terrible. The only thing I asked them to make sure and do is make sure and fill the tires. When I got back in my car the low tire pressure light was still on so I had to go to the gas station and fill it up myself. Not a huge deal but annoying. The "window cleaning" I got was pretty much just wiping a wet rag across the windows. I could see out of them better before I went in.
