I always bring my car here to get serviced. The service is fast, I usually have to wait about 20-30 minutes depending on how busy they are, which isn't bad. They are also always very friendly and always talk to you about what's wrong with your car before they do/replace anything. They used to vacuum your car too but the last couple times I've gone, I've noticed they don't do that anymore. I think this is a great place to come to get your car checked out/serviced.

I got in line behind a vehicle getting an oil change. I used the restroom and upon my return they had moved my vehicle to the other line behind a vehicle getting a transmission oil change which was going to delay me an hour. Why? I asked for the owner to call me. Crickets. Don't bother doing business here, especially if you are a normal & patient individual. It's also fun to watch technicians playing video games on their phones.

Went for a oil change, Paper work they gave me says they checked and filled all my fluids. Here we are two weeks later and my transmission fluid is bone dry empty, now my transmission slipping.

Kudos to Jiffy Lube!!! I took my SUV in for an oil change. I had previously taken it into a local shop for a thorough inspection to make sure it was still road worthy as it has 227K miles on it. The shop did a very good job and I was very satisfied, but it missed something that Jiffy Lube pointed out to me. Jiffy Lube told me that the air intake hose was almost completely ripped around the tube and was connected by only a very small portion. They put the wrong oil into my car for 4.5 years and it messed up my engine. The dealership fixed it and told me that 100% cause was due to wrong oil. Jiffy lube refuses to cover costs of repairs and said it doesn't matter what oil is used, oil is oil.

DO NOT I REPEAT DO NOT GO HERE. I and a few of my friends have gone here and left with an oil leak EVERY TIME! The "mechanics" can't even do an oil change properly and then tell you everything in the book needs replaced! I took it to another mechanic and he was even very surprised at how uneducated they are! They always over tighten the drain plug! I'm not one to bash on people but this has happened more than once! Might as well do an oil change yourself than go here. Unbelievable.

Would not recommend. I have used other jiffy lubes and not had the problems I had from this location. First off, they weren't busy and still took over an hour to get my oil changed. This should have been my first clue something was wrong. Drove my vehicle home and parked it in the driveway. Came out the next morning to find a large puddle of oil under my vehicle. The guys working were all very nice and got me in right away! (I had just stopped at Meineke and they told me it would be 1.5 hour wait) Being a young woman that knows little about cars, they could have definitely pulled the wool over my eyes and told me I needed to change my air filters or convince me to get a more expensive oil, but they didn't.
