Superior service!! I took my vehicle into store #1966 in Collinsville,OK. Tony Yarbrough, senior assistant manager, immediately helped me with the purchase of new tires for my car. He was informed I would be out of town and upon my return I would be back for tire installation. Upon returning on 10/24/18 for installation, store manager Matt immediately helped me out. I had a great experience getting two of my tires replaced at this Discount Tire. The other two tires had been purchased and replaced by another shop in town, but I thought the price was kind of high so I decided to try Discount Tire for the remaining two. I wanted them to match the two new ones I already had, so the associate came out and looked at them to make sure he ordered the same ones. They refuse to service the tires they sell because they want to try and force you to buy another set of tires.
always had great service until today!!!! I have bought many tires from this store most of the time paying in cash..... today for some dam reason had to pay up front for a set of tires before they would order them....treated me like I was a dead beat!! took almost 2 hours to get the tires put on and they left off all the valve cover caps...very disappointed sad to see what was a very good store to do business with going to shit!!!!
Every time I have been here it has been a positive experience. They make you feel like they truly care about the safety of your family. I usually research all major purchases throughly and they have always had very competitive pricing to go along with great customer service!
I love this place. Great company and always the best customer service. I've had 4 sets of tires mounted by them. Never had any trouble and I've only scheduled an appointment once. Always in and out within 30 minutes. I would recommend going to Cory for whatever you need.
