I brought two vehicles in two different days for a four wheel rebalance/tires rotation Price is very good. Is packed as they are on Saturday and I had done an appointment I got in and out in 40 minutes. I strongly suggest appointment on your phone.

I went by there bought me some tires and I thought they were a good price which they were but one they could not get off locking lug nuts off which ok no key so I had to take it some where else then got those off then took it back to get my tires on and they broke a lug nut off and said it was over torqued so again I took my tires and had to go some where else AGAIN to get mounted and balanced Here is where they really got to me when I went in there first to buy the tires and get put on they said oh you bought the cheap tir... read more

I came to get my tire patched after a faulty patch down at another tire shop & unfortunately I couldn't get it fixed because the patch was already smoothed (& it was still leaking btw) but one of the workers there who goes by the name "Travis R E "sales person #144" help me out tremendously, I was struggling with money at the time & gave me the tire for almost half off which was such a big help for me, amazing service for sure

Exceptional Customer Service, Recently my Wife and Ii our tire and Automotive shop and we moved to Oklahoma . So after 38 years I finally got to be the Customer, From my initial call into Travis all the way through the install this Team was on point. Travis got my information right away, and he went to work and got the Nitto Terra Grappler tires in, When the tires came in the next day he called me to set up the Saturday install appointment. Ordered my tires online from their website and scheduled an install time. Showed up and everything was going great until they didn't clean my rims off after coating them in this gunk kind of stuff. I've later found it was tire lube and after it dries needs quit a bit of elbow grease to clean off. Whilst cleaning this off I found multiple, scuffs, scratches and a couple gouges. I got everything through the location at Collinsville, Oklahoma. Everything was smooth going. I had Santino taking care of everything, including ordering my new rims. Everything was ready to go 2 days before I could be there. So I set the appointment. I can't remember the name of the guy I dealt with while I was there, but he came out and updated me on everything as the process was going. I was very pleased with that. And when it was done, the truck looked amazing. I'll be going back.

Matt and his crew are the best! Great customer service and are like my family! Over the years I've got to know Matt, jc, Rick vann, Donnie in okc, and a cast of the best in the tire game! Every truck we own (5) and all ranch equipment have come from discount tire! Helpful and courteous!!!
