After my oil change service the technician did not properly replace the oil pan cover. It fell off as I was driving down the highway, nearly causing me to wreck. The oil pan is destroyed. I will never use this place again, very poor workmanship.
This Jiffy Lube had me waiting over 2 hours for a service they said they could do that day. Never followed up while I was waiting, and by the time 2 hours came around, they asked if I could come back in a day or so. I only had that day to do it, and asked for my keys and left. Went to South Pointe to get the same service done and I had my car back within 2 hours. I wouldn't even be remotely mad if they would've told me what was going on while I was waiting.
