I was having trouble with starting my car; I thought it was a bad key fob. During a very stressful time with family illness, I was in a time crunch. Fortunately, I made the correct call and chose Jiffy Lube. The terrific employees understood my plight, diagnosed a bad battery, ordered a new one and had it installed. They've been really helpful efficient and very knowledgeable. I'm going to get all my repairs done here from now on. And they're extremely nice and reasonable. They even refilled my transmission fluid for free today.
Great service. I had a flat today, pulled into the location at 91st and Sheridan. They got me in very quick, put my spare on and I was on my way. Thank you so much.
My AC had given out just as we're heading into hot weather. This Jiffy Lube shop was able to get me in quickly, and did a great job replacing a condenser and getting cold air back into my life.
other then the worker leaving my intake loose and unscrewed, they are very quick with what they do and very professional but please don't forget to put back the part correctly after checking.
I came in to get just about everything possible done to my jeep. New battery, tire rotation, transmission fluid, air filter, etc. They were pretty slow on a Friday afternoon and towards the end I was the only customer there. At one point I saw 4 guys working on my car at once. They were a flurry of activity and did an excellent job. I'll be using Tim and the guys from now on. Thank you!!
I am hoping they do the right thing and pay for their mistake but so far I am still waiting. I had an oil change here in September. Seemed great. Shortly after my car began starting up funny...long crank - low RPM...this would come and go. I did not know if it was my battery, starter, bad gas...it was weird. I ended up taking it into the dealership and my starter was SOAKED in transmission fluid because the dipstick had not been put back in properly. I went to this location for 13 years when it was Kwik Kar. I've been here once since it changed to Jiffy Lube. It seemed the same on that visit so I came back today. It was a long wait but I had the time. A gentleman brought his car in about 10 minutes after I did. They acknowledge to him that they knew he had been in before. They then put his car in before mine.
