Superb service. Recently stopped in for an oil change but had a follow on appointment. Jerrod warned that the service may take longer thank I had. Still managed to complete my oil changes, with vacuum and window cleaning, and got to my next appointment with 5 minutes to spare.
Always nice and quick! That being said, I wouldn't have tires rotated here-- use a true tire shop.
I arrived at 1:45 pm and asked for an oil change and transmission flush. I was the only customer there. They didn't finish my car until 4:00 pm. While I was there, several other customers came, got service, and left. I received numerous apologies but no coherent excuse why my car continued to sit in the bay while multiple employees shot the breeze and worked on other cars. They charged my wife $127 for an oil, filter, and wiper change. They first tried to charge her over $160, but the math didn't add up. When I walked in they reduced it to $127, which we paid out of frustration and to get out of there. They then said their printer wasn't working so they would have to email us the receipt. We never received the receipt. So goes the Mobile Lube at 36th and Peoria. My wife and I will be going elsewhere next time.
I went in to just get my tires checked on my "new" car and because they could not find me in their computer, they charged me $5.00 to do it. Do not go there expecting them to do anything for free. They were not friendly. Turns out most of the repairs have been in my father's name. I nor the 5 other family members will return there
Quick and easy oil changes. I've been to this Mobil Express the last 4 times and I have no complaints. 15 minutes and you're good to go!
