Great! Nothing but the best in everything. I have been going here for over a 2 years now. I have even moved over near Central high school and still go back to the Peoria location for everything. And will continue too.
Imagine my surprise when my car informed me that my tail light was out! What to do? Go to Jiffy Lube of course! I used to think Jiffy Lube was only for oil changes but they do lots of things including changing your tail light! This location is great and everyone was very friendly and helpful from driving up through checking out.

I have been a customer for years with various vehicles. I went to the 45th and Peoria location Saturday and was second in line for an oil change. one and a half hours later my oil was finally changed. there was another car that arrived twenty minutes later and was completed before mine. I brought it up to the manager and she just blew me off, didn't offer an explanation and didn't offer a discount. she had zero customer service skills so they have lost a long time customer due to her actions. Do better "Jiffy" Lube!
I had a routine oil change at the Peoria location and it was excellent. The employees were all extremely courteous, professional, and efficient. This location is large and roomy, and offers free refreshment. I was in and out before I could even drink my Diet Coke! I'll definitely be returning for future service!
I took my '99 Jeep to this Jiffy Lube today, and I was really happy that I did. There were three women and one man working. One woman was zipping around and taking care of all of us. She let us know where free popcorn and drinks were located and was nice to everyone. The other people working were nice too. I ordered an oil change and a flush of my fuel injection system. They had a children's play area which was a novel idea and a good one. I'll definitely be coming back here from now on.

They pressure sold me. I ended up paying for fuel injection cleaning, a new engine filter, and a new cabin filter which I believed were not necessary. Both the engine filter and the cabin filters did not need to be replaced. It appeared like they were very much interested in running the bill up on you than really concerned about the customer satisfaction. I will have a second thought about taking my car to Jiffy Lube and Oil again. They came across as dishonest.
Amazing service! Went in to get an oil change and tire rotation. Instead of just trying to take my money, they recommended that I don't get tires rotated and get them balanced, and recommended some places for us. Oil change and car inspection took about 25 minutes. Go when Jerrod the manager is working, he's great!
