I remember now! A few months back, I was looking to grease the suspension system on my 2000 Nissan Frontier truck! 25 years old truck! I came to Jiffy lube on 11st, they referred me to Jiffy lube 31st, because the grease gun don’t work. The one on 31st referred me to the one on Lewis ave, the one on Lewis referred me to Peoria! Four Jiffy in One Sat morning! Peoria mechanic look at my car and look at me and said your Truck suspension can’t be greased!
Hello there! As always, I had an excellent experience at Jiffy’s this week. Only had my oil changed. However the team made a full inspection of my whole car. This has never happened in all the 20-30 years I’ve been going to jiffy lube. It was a pleasant surprise. Thankfully my car passed it all. Haha! Thank you😃 for reading my review. Had another excellent experience at this Jiffy Lube location! Very nice staff who explained that they now can clean your headlights (in addition to the oil change) which is excellent because my Toyota needed it! There is a fee for this but it was well worth it!
They were super nice and customer service seemed great while I was there…they even showed me the dipstick and that all caps were screwed back on; however, the nightmare started after leaving. They left an oil rag under the hood which caused the check engine light to come on due to blocked airflow, which I didn’t find out until I went through the trouble of taking it to a mechanic. I trust Jiffy Lube completely with my car. They always take care of my oil changes and I can watch them. If any filters need changed, they let me know. They never pressure me. I'm in and out and don't have to make an appointment or spend half a day getting it done. They are so kind and patient explaining anything I want to know. They are the best!!
