The people were friendly but I drove my rig here from Alaska with no problems, drove it another 3 months around Oklahoma. The day after I had my oil changed and a few other things done at this Jiffy Lube, it started making funny noises. Yesterday it finally went kaput, ironically enough, it broke down right at this same jiffy lube. But it's Sunday and they are closed. Not sure yet if I even want to see if they can fix it.
I love visiting this Jiffy Lube. Mike is a nice guy, extremely hospitable. The crew is quick and efficient. After they are finished Mike takes you out and shows the work in a way that anyone can understand. The waiting area is clean, snacks and drinks provided with a good selection of magazines.
You can find a better place to get your oil changed - in fact, if you drive just a little ways south, there is a much better Jiffy Lube near I-44. Overall, they got my oil changed... I think. The cool thing about Jiffy Lube is that not only will they change your oil, but they'll vacuum your car, air up your tires, refill your wiper fluid, etc. They didn't touch the tires, which is frustrating because I know they have air pressure gauges (whereas if I measure it it's a huge hassle and I just bought new tires so they need to b... read more
