This is a quick, convenient place to get an oil change. They have popcorn, sodas, coffee and water available for you. The restroom is clean and so is the whole building. The people working there are professional, helpful and not pushy. I always get the Signature oil change but never bring the car back in for top offs. This was a good deal when I was losing some oil on my old car. Fast, reasonable and friendly. It's a no brainer!
Went in to 49th and Harvard Jiffy Lube for a quick oil change. They tried to upsell me on additional services before I got out of my car. When I went in I told the service rep that I just wanted an oil change and to please do a cash ticket. In front of her computer she began asking me alot of questions, including my name twice. Incredible customer service. Greeted me with a smile right when I showed up. They made getting an oil change super easy. They presented facts w/ my car and didn't pressure me to buy anything I didn't need. Would come back to this Jiffy Lube anytime!
I've had better service at other locations. Employee was not friendly or knowledgeable, had to go back to get my correct mileage. Overall, not impressed with this location.
Great service, friendly people, and extra amenities. Vacuumed, washed windows, popcorn, soft drinks, water, coffee available, clean restroom. Would highly recommend.
The best customer service I have ever experienced taking my car to an automotive shop. I was not pressured into anything and felt welcomed the entire time. The free coffee and popcorn were great little additions as well.

Excellent customer service skills..... we were traveling from Seattle, WA to Tampa, Florida. we had to stop for an oil change, he said it'd be 40 minutes it took 25 minutes. He even took 10$off our bill. He is venerable gentlemen and if you're in Tulsa Oklahoma and need your fluids check and filled go see him.
got new tires at Walmart and an oil change. they didn't have the tool to turn my "check engine light" off so I took it here. took 5 seconds for free. it's appreciated gentleman.
I went to this Jiffy Lube based on an online review and I was very pleased with the service. The employees were friendly, courteous, and efficient, the waiting room was clean, and overall, it was the best experience I've had getting my oil changed. After many years of getting my oil changed at this location, I have never once felt like I'm being "upsold" here, and I'm always shown the work under the hood before I drive off.
