I had a low tire & pulled into this Jiffy Lube for air. Eric checked and filled the tire in question, plus the other 3 too, without charge. He was courteous, prompt, and helpful!

Don helped me out today. He was very friendly and very funny. He had an awesome spirit. Not to mention I got an oil change literally under 20 minutes! Best customer service Ive seen from any company in a while!

Stopped by on 1-2-20 for an oil change and asked them to look at my front brakes. Yes I needed front brakes and they were so friendly and understanding I would need to ask my boss as I have a Company car. Made and appointment for 1-3-20 at 10:00 arrived on time and they had me in and out in 65 minutes. They have WiFi so I was able to work, restroom was clean, lobby was clean as well. They walked me out to my car both days to make sure I was satisfied with the work. Great place and do petite pricing.

Thank you to Ignatius and Andrew for the Speedy service! Especially working in the pouring rain! In and out in 31 minutes for my full synthetic oil change! *4 Stars due to the gentleman who quoted me improper pricing...! I was almost out of an extra $65 dollars!

A big thank you to the man at the front desk who checked me in and the men who worked on my car last Wednesday! I overfilled my car with too much engine oil and had to pullover because my car was smoking and not driving smoothly. I called this Jiffy Lube location which was 3 minutes away from where I had stopped at. I was going to drive my car to their shop, but was so worried about driving my car while it was smoking and I didn't want to be blown up to pieces. This was the quickest and friendliest oil change I've received! I arrived and was promptly greeted by a gentleman asking which services I required. With a smile on his face he walked me to the clean waiting room and directed me to the coffee and the chairs. He politely asked me to wait while he pulled up my information and clearly explained the costs of my oil change. He told me my wait would be around 15 minutes. I waited 10 for my car to be done!! Every time I have to get service to my car I imagine my car has some illness and needs attention. So my car was sick and kept flashing how my oil was negative and it literally started to freak me out. So I had an hour or so to burn before work and decided to get an oil change. This is the only place relatively close to my job so I choose you Jiffy Lube Allisonville. I pulled in and I was immediately greeted which was kinda new but then again I'm beautiful so yeah. We heard something banging like pots and pans under our car...took it in and after trying to figure out where it was coming from, it ended up being the tire! They did all the labor taking the tire off and searching around to find out it was a rock inside between the brake plate and the wheel! They were so honest and didn't charge us for the labor. What an honest and hard working crew! Scooby and the manager were top notch customer service! I will be back!
